Asimenye Mukumbwa, Food Technologist

Asimenye Mukumbwa is a food scientist working to launch a fruits and vegetable farming and value addition enterprise that will use renewable energy.

Asimenye is part of the 2021 Agribusiness DELab and is currently in the ideation stage with her enterprise. She plans to use the surrounding community as the labour force, which will provide empowerment as well as an improved standard of living.
