Meet our Fellows

We are excited to partner with Flame Tree Initiative Fellows to deliver DELab. FTI Fellows are individuals who have completed DELab or are longtime partners who have gone on to successfully lead their own social enterprise. We thank them for their willingness to share their insight and expertise to new and aspiring social entrepreneurs. 

Tione Kaonga completed DELab in 2015. Since then, he has founded Chonona Aquaculture, a social enterprise that grows sustainable food and provides jobs to the local community.

Trinitas Mhango participated in DELab in 2016. She is the founder of Tina Pads. Tina Pads exists to support adolescent girls in Malawi to stay in school by delivering reproductive health education and reusable sanitary pads.

Dineo Mkwezalamba is the Managing Director of Dzuka Africa. Dzuka Africa empowers Malawian youth by providing life skills and professional skills that would enable them to secure gainful employment.
